All shipping charges include full insurance and in that rare instant that your purchase is damaged we will handle everything. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will have the item returned at our cost. We will replace your item. And we will handle all insurance hassels, most other stores stick this on their customers but not us!
We understand that it is difficult to purchase items online that is why we provide all our customers with a 15 day return period from the date the item shipped if tyhe product does not meet their satisfaction.
